This New York Uber Eats Driver Will Walk Your Food To The Door
Meet Steven: He works for Uber Eats and also happens to walk really fast
The twenty-one year Michael Giambrone lives in Queens, New York and occasionally orders from Uber’s meal delivery service, Uber Eats. The other night, when he placed an order from a “sort of expensive” place not too far from his house he was really surprised to see that his delivery person, Steven had the word “walker” underneath his name.
After using the app to shoot over a quick message, Giambrone confirmed that his delivery person, Steven was in fact, bringing him his food on foot. At first, Giambrone was skeptical and worried that the food would take too long to be delivered. But Steven quickly reassured him, stating “I walk fast. No worries”.
After sharing the experience with his sister, Giambrone took to Twitter to tell the rest of the world. The tweet quickly went viral and people were impressed with Steven’s work ethic and drive to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Needless to say, Giambrone got his food fast and tipped Steven handsomely. Maybe we will one day have the pleasure of getting our food delivered by Steven on foot.
