The Movie ‘The Room’ Can Now Be Watched On YouTube For Free
Tommy Wiseau's cult classic The Room is now streaming via YouTube, completely for free
Tommy Wiseau's 2003 film The Room may just be one of the “best” worst movies to ever hit the big screen. The film was so terrible that it even got the attention of James Franco who made another movie about the making of the original in 2017, titled The Disaster Artist. Franco’s version of the film ended up winning several awards. For those of you who haven’t seen the original, then today’s your lucky day – the full-length film that was written, directed and stares Wiseau can now be watched on YouTube for free.
For those of you unfamiliar with the film, The Room tells a story of Johnny (Wiseau), an investment banker who is caught in a strange love triangle with his best friend, Mark and his fiancée, Lisa. The film has since become a cult classic.
In addition to offering The Room for free via YouTube, The Daily Dot has reported that Wiseau and co-star Greg Sestero are also working on a digital version of a new two-part film, titled Best F(r)iends. The first volume of the black comedy is due to be released September 25.
If you’re a fan of painfully bad movies, then we highly suggest watching The Room sometime in your spare time. For those of you who have already seen Wiseau’s masterpiece, be sure to let us know your thoughts about the movie in the comments section below.
