This Pasta Is Every Color Of The Rainbow

You probably won’t know whether to eat or frame the pasta made by Linda Miller Nicholson

Most of us here at The Sitch love pasta and noodles. We eat and cook different kinds of pastas all the time. But none of us have ever seen pasta quite like the kind Linda Miller Nicholson makes. Her pasta is pop culture inspirited and she uses natural ingredients like pea flowers and turmeric to infuse awesome colors into her dishes.

We can discuss colors & shapes & make something fun for YOU. It won't be filled pasta because that won't fare well during shipping. 😘If you've read this far, thank you! Want to know what you're looking at in this picture? It's lasagnette noodles made with black & white dough. Colors come from activated charcoal & milk/cream. Can't wait to show you how I served it!
