People Can Now Fly 103.4 MPH With This Jet Engine

It’s now possible to freely fly without a plane with Zapata's jet engine.

Devin Graham, otherwise known as devinSupertramp is a  pretty well known YouTube videographer. We've been following him for a few years now and are always impressed with what he and his team come out with. Graham and Team Super Tramp, have brought us awesome hit videos like Assassin’s Creed Parkour in real life, Bike Parkour in San Fransisco and Pokemon Go meets Parkour (which combined have 136 million views on YouTube).

His page currently has 5 million subscribers and he is back at it again with yet another amazing video – this time with a jet engine that allows a person to fly through the air as fast as 103.4 miles per hour. The real life version of Spiderman’s nemesis, Green Goblin is now upon us.

The nearly four-minute video, which was posted two days ago opens with a shot of a young boy inside of an RV, somewhere in the desert. After hearing a sound, the boy looks outside the window to see a figure in the sky, flying on what appears to be some type of hoverboard. The video then shows the flying person on a road drag racing a Lamborghini (it keeps ahead of the supercar the entire time).

Unlike the water jetpack, which requires constant propulsion from a connected tube, this new hoverboard doesn’t appear to have any type of string or tubing attached. The flyer in this video actually meets someone who is flying the water-based jetpack and does circles around them before flying away.

The flyer soars through the air as MALAKAI (feat. Mann & Allen Paris)’s "On Time" plays in the background and spectators watch in amazement from the ground. The video is, of course, shot entirely in 8K, which looks absolutely amazing on an 8K screen.

Before the spot ends, Graham introduces Franky Zapata, the inventor of the Flyboard Air. Zapata's French company offers a variety of flying machines for both water and air.

While the full spot can be found below, you should definitely head over to Graham’s Youtube page for more amazing videos.

Let us know if you would be down to fly this amazing hoverboard around in the comments section below. And don’t forget to subscribe to The Sitch for more awesome videos and other entertaining reads.
