This Drone By Impossible Aerospace Can Fly For Two Hours On A Single Charge
Impossible Aerospace’s US-1 quadcopter drone just may be firefighters, police departments, and rescue teams’ new best friend
Impossible Aerospace is a stealth startup that is looking to make drones that fly a lot longer than your average quadcopter. While DJI’s latest Mavic 2 series may only be able to maintain flight for up to 31 minutes, the US-1 from Impossible Aerospace can last as long as two hours on a single charge. The drone features optical and thermal sensors and was developed with firefighters, police departments, and rescue teams in mind. A picture of the US-1 can be seen below but don't let it fool you when it comes to size - the drone is actually quite large compared to the other models on the market. Impossible Aerospace's first model drone measures at 26” x 26” and weighs over 15 pounds.
