Google's New App 'Cameos' Lets Celebrities Answer Some Of The Most Searched Questions About Them
Want to watch vertical videos of celebrities answering some of the most searched questions about them? Well now you can with Google’s new app Cameos
Google is known for its innovation and now wants to help give celebrities a chance to answer questions about them that the world can’t help to ask the search engine. The new app, Cameos was released yesterday and lets celebrities record vertical videos of themselves in order to help answer some of those unanswered questions fans are dying to find out. Google has already opened the platform up to a variety of people you might know including athletes, musicians, and public figures. Once uploaded, the video responses from celebs will then appear in relevant search engines and will let you hear exactly what they have to say about the given subject.
The concept is similar to Reddit’s “Ask Me Anything” or Instagram’s Q&A feature and gives those answering the questions complete freedom to when and where they choose to provide answers. Some celebrities already using the app that you may know include model Karlie Kloss, as well as Golden State legend Kevin Durant – which makes sense, given that both are reportedly big fans of coding and technology. Try clicking here to see Durant answer various questions, including where he grew up or here to hear why Kloss thinks that International Women's Day is important.
