Back To School: A Principal In China Was Fired For Bringing Pole Dancing To Her School
A kindergarten principal in China has been fired for welcoming students back to school with a pole dancing display
Xinshahui kindergarten is located in Shenzhen, China and school was back in session on Monday. To welcome the students back to school, the school holds a welcome ceremony. This year, their welcome ceremony was like no other when a pole dancer began dancing seductively around the school's flagpole. There were roughly 500 children in attendance at the welcome ceremony.
Afterwards, parents were posting videos showing the pole dancer in very little clothing spinning around the flag pole. Many parents have voiced that they will be taking their children from Xinshahui and putting them in class at other schools in the area.
Local journalist Michael Standaert said that his wife called the principal, Lai Rong to complain but that Rong hung up after saying that pole dancing was “international and good exercise.”
So before our kids got out of kindergarten for the summer, there was 10 days of military "activities" and displays of machine guns and mortars at the door; now the principal has welcomed them back with a strip pole dance on the flagpole bearing the PRC flag. Rong has since been fired from the school and things are scheduled to return to normal. The principal said that she had hired the pole dancer for her “excellent skills.”
