You Won't Believe What Cardi B. Named Her Baby
Cardi B. is now officially a mother.
Belcalis Almanzar, also known as Cardi B, gave birth to a healthy little girl on Tuesday, July 10. The 25 year old rap sensation just got married to rapper Offset (who's real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus). The duo named their newest addition (drumroll please) Kulture Kiari.
Cardi B. explained where the name Kulture came from on Twitter saying, "anything else would have been basic." However, it is very likely a nod towards her husband's latest records Culture and Culture II.
Her baby's name aside, the singer comes with quite the background of pushing the envelope. She emerged into the music scene in 2017 with quirky, bold remarks, and a "no bs" attitude. She is unafraid to say exactly what she thinks at any time and the world has seemed to welcome her blunt personality with open arms (it's also sugarcoated in emojis, 'okrr's and finger snaps). Cardi B has released a total of 16 songs since 2017 and has had 3 songs hit #1 on the Billboard chart, with 7 other songs making it to the top 10.

Cardi B. has not shared a picture of the baby with fans yet, but she did post an update on July 13 on Instagram thanking everyone for their support and saying "this mommy requires full day, all day, all night attention."
This is Cardi B's first child, but her husband Offset, has three other children: Kody, Jordan, and Kalea Marie.
Welcome to motherhood, Cardi B!
