Yes, Even Batman Gets Pulled Over From Time To Time
Batman got pulled over by police while driving his Batmobile in Canada
You’ve probably seen your fair share of people on the side of the road, having been pulled over by the cops. Chances are none of those people have ever been the real world version of Batman. Stephen Lawrence, one of the most devoted Bruce Wayne impersonators in Canada was pulled over in the Batmobile Saturday while driving home from Parry Sound. And he wasn’t even speeding. “I noticed that I was being tailed by a couple of cameras — I can tell when there are recordings happening of me driving — so I noticed at a stop light that a vehicle … was an OPP cruiser,” Lawrence told Global News.
“I took advantage of this. I pulled up beside the cruiser in the left turn lane and asked the officer to give me a hand with the cameras behind me. The officer said yes they can.” After pulling the superhero over, Lawrence said that he “jumped out and asked if everything was OK.” And everything was - the police, of course, wanted a chance to take a picture with the real-life Batman. And this isn’t the first time Lawrence has been stopped by the police. He was even pulled over earlier that same day while on his way to visit a sick child.
