Elon Musk is bringing $1 high-speed tunnel rides to L.A.
Elon Musk is currently working on a high-speed test tunnel urban loop project that would connect cyclists and pedestrians to different parts of L.A.
Elon Musk’s high-speed tunnel in Los Angelas is officially set to launch on December 10. Musk has previously said that it will cost just $1 to shuttle around with routes from SpaceX parking lot east of Crenshaw Boulevard and south of 120th street, and will remain underground for approximately two miles after turning west on 120th street.
Want to try it for free? On Sunday, the Boring Company CEO announced via Twitter that the opening night event will take place on December 10 with free rides available to the public the next day for those departing from SpaceX headquarters in Hawthorne, California. The shuttle is also set to run up to an impressive speed of 155mph.
